At Woolly Clothing Co, we stand by the quality of our merino wool and want you to be completely satisfied with your fit. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with their original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
